\nDay Trip<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

$500 Deposit required within 7 days to secure your booking<\/em><\/strong>:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Live Aboard Tour<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

$1000 Deposit required within 7 days to secure your booking:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Private Bookings only.<\/em><\/p>\n

No \u2018per head\u2019 or \u2018mixed\u2019 bookings available.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is your booking only onboard.<\/em><\/p>\n

Maximum 4 passengers on LIVE ABOARD TOUR<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Maximum 6 passengers on DAY TRIP<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

DAY TRIPS<\/em><\/strong> will return to harbour each afternoon.<\/em><\/p>\n

SINGLE BOOKING TOURS <\/em><\/strong>require a minimum of 4 passengers for tour to operate.<\/em><\/p>\n

Passengers will return to harbour around 4pm. <\/em>An earlier ETA is granted upon request.<\/em><\/p>\n

2 FREE NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION ONBOARD <\/em><\/strong>Staying onboard in the Boat Harbour. Meals not<\/u> included on these nights. You must depart the boat by 8am. You must use harbour facilities whilst moored in the boat harbour, as per Department of Transport regulations.<\/em><\/p>\n

Full payment is required<\/em><\/strong> when the charter is confirmed 48 hours prior to your charter.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you choose to make payments prior to our conditions, and your charter is cancelled, your booking becomes transferable to another date, NOT refundable.<\/em><\/p>\n

Full deposit refund is given if we cancel due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.<\/em><\/p>\n

No refund is given if you cancel within 60 days to your booked charter<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0You can move your deposit to another booking date.<\/em><\/p>\n

Full deposit refund is given if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your booked charter.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you choose to cancel mid tour, full payment will be charged with no refund.<\/em><\/p>\n

Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the charter being cancelled, with no refund.<\/em><\/p>\n

Tours subject to tides and weather conditions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Children<\/em><\/strong> under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.<\/em><\/p>\n

We DO NOT recommend children under 10 on our fishing charters, as we have sharp objects within reach.<\/em><\/p>\n

We are\u00a0not<\/u>\u00a0a child friendly boat (hooks, knives and sharp objects are easily accessible).<\/em><\/p>\n

However, we welcome young children onboard at their parents discretion.<\/em><\/p>\n

Motion sickness can be experienced on board sea going vessels.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

We recommend you take personal preventative measures should you feel the need, as no refund is given due to motion sickness.<\/em><\/p>\n

Food provided may contain seafood, nuts & gluten.<\/em><\/p>\n

Please note transfers are not automatic inclusions in all bookings.\u00a0 They are subject to availability and conditions.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Bookings must be made prior to 11am for next day charter.<\/em><\/p>\n
